Order & Shipping Confirmation:
- After placing your order you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all your details.
- Once shipped, you’ll get another email with tracking info and an estimated delivery date. (Can’t find it? Check your spam!)
Shipping Timeline:
- Please give us 12-24hrs on business days to ship your order.
- Weekend orders? They’re shipped on Mondays.
Delivery & Tracking:
- We team up with trusted couriers for timely deliveries.
- Use the tracking link in your email to see where your package is.
- Delivery times are estimates and can vary, however please allow 7-15 business days for your package to arrive.
Signatures:
- Some couriers might need a signature. If you’re not around, they’ll try again or leave it somewhere safe.
- Once delivered and signed, the package is out of our hands.
Damaged Goods:
- Got a damaged package? Snap a pic and email us at support@sleepmode.co
Order Issues:
- Missing something? Email us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll sort it out, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.
Address Accuracy:

Free Shipping:
