Order & Shipping Confirmation:

  • After placing your order you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all your details.
  • Once shipped, you’ll get another email with tracking info and an estimated delivery date. (Can’t find it? Check your spam!)

Shipping Timeline:

  • Please give us 12-24hrs on business days to ship your order.
  • Weekend orders? They’re shipped on Mondays.

Delivery & Tracking:

  • We team up with trusted couriers for timely deliveries.
  • Use the tracking link in your email to see where your package is.
  • Delivery times are estimates and can vary, however please allow 7-15 business days for your package to arrive.

Signatures:

  • Some couriers might need a signature. If you’re not around, they’ll try again or leave it somewhere safe.
  • Once delivered and signed, the package is out of our hands.

Damaged Goods:

  • Got a damaged package? Snap a pic and email us at support@sleepmode.co

Order Issues:

  • Missing something? Email us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll sort it out, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.

Address Accuracy:

Free Shipping:
